Straight from Silicon Valley, The Chief Happiness Officer  Where  "Monsieur Bonheur", has the mission to ensure that each employee is well in his position and in his head, that his relations with his colleagues and his hierarchy are harmonious and that he flourishes in his missions.

 

It is up to him/her to ensure that happiness, if not well-being, reigns in his company. It is his responsibility to create the optimal conditions within his company so that everyone enjoys coming to work.

We will be for you a facilitator and a mediator.

The list is non-exhaustive. Each company being unique, there is no typical portrait of the ideal CHO, nor a typical inventory of the missions that he/she will be entrusted with.

ASSIGNMENTS

  •   Create links, promote cohesion

  •   Create a positive working atmosphere

  •   Maintain an inspiring work culture

  •   ensure a  internal communication  transparent and two-way, allowing employees to express themselves freely and make proposals without anxiety

  •   support changes, particularly technological and structural

  •   accompany the  telework  and make sure that everyone gets something out of it

  •   act as a mediator in conflicts

  •   set up services to make life easier for employees (daycare, concierge, shuttles, laundry, etc.)

  •   monitor and remain attentive - without going into the intimate - about individual situations that can have an impact on professional life

  • welcome new hires

  • treat the  employer brand  of the company

  •   etc
