Straight from Silicon Valley, The Chief Happiness Officer Where "Monsieur Bonheur", has the mission to ensure that each employee is well in his position and in his head, that his relations with his colleagues and his hierarchy are harmonious and that he flourishes in his missions.
It is up to him/her to ensure that happiness, if not well-being, reigns in his company. It is his responsibility to create the optimal conditions within his company so that everyone enjoys coming to work.
We will be for you a facilitator and a mediator.
